  • Everything Everywhere All At Once
  • Has the weirdness of an indie film but the polish of a triple A one! One of the best multiverse movies

  • Some of the finest animation ever seen, which is perfectly integrated into the live action world, and I mean WORLD, great worldbuilding.
  • Double King by Felix Colgrave (short film)
  • Super funny with super fluid animation. Felix is so cunning!!
  • The Light Fantastick (NFB film)
  • Great showcase of so many canadian animators! One of my fav documentaries.
  • 2001 a space odyssey

  • Garfield and his nine lives
  • The BEST piece of garfield media, very interesting film
  • Little shop of Horrors
  • (The reebot) The actors and actresses are so good in this movie, and the choices they made for adapting it are so creative! I saw the original one first when i was younger, I got really scared by the flower human abominations!

  • Probably tim burton's best movie, the art direction is phenomenal.

  • Hilarious and a really beautiful look at life, one of canada's best animators!

  • Louis is really a great writer, such a fleshed out story, such fleshed out characters, I sorta like the book more tho, same writer.
  • Invader Zim: Enter the Florpus
  • I actually read all the comics, then watched this movie, then watched the series. Super funny and really well made
  • Monty Python: The Meaning Of Life
  • Monty Python is a staple of my childhood, i used to watch the holy grail all the time. The grandeur and scope tho, is why i put this one on here, and of course, it's very funny.

  • Great surrealist movie with a plot that justifies it without being annoying. Beeeeeautifully animated, so realistic. I've never seen inception but ya know, it's probably a ripoff of this

  • John is truly a pioneer of computer animtion, going places where other people were too afraid to go, a visually stunning musical with some interesting writing.

  • Forget good horror movie, it's an excellent mystery movie that gets you completely invested in the plot. Ond of the most creative major pictures of 2025. I know zach cregger from the sketch comedy series, the whitest kids u' know, it's free on youtube and really funny

  • Couldn't find it free, sorry. I love how instead of using another liscenced IP, LEGO made a documentary about pharell williams. Sometimes it's best to take a completely different direction. Great film.

  • Don't understand why people don't like this when a lot of people love tim robinson (check him out too!). The humor isn't really high brow, but it's still clever, funny, and creative enough to be worth the watch!

  • Completely defies the expectations of a traditional horror film, embraces it's weirdness, and does more than just try to scare it's audience.

  • Edgar wright is a genius really, i have never seen such an engaging and creative action movie.

  • One of the finest documentaries ever made, its one of those music documentaries where they share the music throughout the film. Super interesting.
  • So I Married An Axe Murderer
  • Watch the one with 2 at the end. Probably my fav rom com. Funny in a way unlike any other film is. I used charlie and harriet's names in a song i made once, alongside lysander and hermia.
  • The Fifth Element
  • One of the best science-fiction movies ever made! Very unique in all aspects and certainly entertaining.
  • Cat Soup (2001)
  • A surreal masterpiece! Pretty short watch too, sorta sad tho. Watch this in sync with c/s by child scrifice.
  • The Art Of Self Defense (2019)
  • OH MY GOD THIS MOVIE IS SO WELL WRITTEN. The characters, the dialog, the twists! It's still prettty funny but i'll watch it more for the plot.
  • What's Wrong With Your Head? By VLIF (2023)
  • It's a shame this creator just disappeared and deleted all their stuff, but it's great that this guy preserved it! Great animation, great voice acting. I'm a sucker for those! If something has BAD voice acting tho, i hate it.
  • eXistenZ (1999)
  • Most recentlty seen as of finishing the first version of this list. It's so weird! Seriously! WHat do you expect from cronenburg tho? I just hope the og draft of this movie never leaks, if there is one, it feels like they might've changed certain aspects of the film to be slightly more paletable.
  • Explorers (1985)
  • How many movies that you know have Jerry Goldsmith, Joe Dante, Industrial Light and Magic and River Pheonix? This one does! I watched this quite a bit as a kid, my dad introduced me to it, it's really well produced and written.
